STAFF AND FACULTY TRAINING
This course will satisfy the Agent Training Requirement for New Agents in Ohio.
All agents applying for a new license are required to complete the Admissions Agent – New Permit Course. This course will review the provisions of Ohio’s laws (Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3332) and administrative regulations (Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 3332) that govern student solicitation, recruiting, and the oversight of agents (admissions representatives).
To begin, click on the Course Content Tab, and click on the “Overview” topic in the Introduction Unit.
On each topic or activity, you will be presented with a “Mark Complete” button on the bottom of the page. Once you finish the activity – reading the text, watching a video, or completing an assignment – you will need to click that “Mark Complete” button to verify your completion of that page. You will be automatically taken to the next activity.
When you reach a quiz, test, or exam, you can access the assessment by clicking on the quiz, test, or exam link. Pay close attention to the instructions as it will show important assessment information like how many attempts you have, if it is timed, and the score needed to pass.
When you complete every activity and assessment, you can access your certificate of completion by visiting your “My Account” page, located at the top of your course page. On your “My Account” dashboard, you can view and verify the completion of your course and access the certificate by clicking on the certificate ribbon icon next to the course name.
